Sistem Monitoring Guru Bantu Kota Pekanbaru Berbasis Web Mobile

Teacher is a teacher of science, which is a professional educator with bear answerand the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing and coaching. Teacher have important role in education for every school. They become planners, implementers, and controllers that are always active in mengujudkan school goals. System take advantage of the monitoring system as a benchmark media devoted teacher at school he taught. This system can monitor teachers who were mutation, leave and training which are then education department can know the results of the annual report of the performance of teachers. The purpose of this study was to use the monitoring system as a media monitoring for auxiliary teacher education departments to help teachers conduct training, aktivities, mutation and leave anytime and anywhere in order to reduce the time in the process of teacher aides. This system is implemented with web programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), javascipt and uses a MySQL database. After testing with the black box, the button functions on the application can be run properly and displays the results in accordance with the expected goals.
