Upaya Peningkatan Keterampilan Passing Bawah Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Bermain Pada Siswa Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak

The purpose of this research was to know the increasing technique of passing down skill of volleyball of the eleventh grade of natural science 1 students at state senior high school 1Kerinci Kanan by using playing method. On education of sport body health and recreation lesson. This research is action research design by applying 2 cycles. This research was held on January 2019. The subject of this research was the eleventh grade of natural science 1 students at state senior high school 1 Kerinci Kanan with 25 samples. The data was collected by doing practice test to know the increasing students skill. The result of the research showed the using of playing method on education of sport body health and recreation lesson increased the students skill of passing down technique of volleyball of the eleventh grade of natural science 1 students at state senior high school 1Kerinci Kanan. It was showed from the increasing amount of students who get pass from passing, the applying cycle I, there was 14 students were pass with percentage 56% and 11 students were failed with percentage 44% with average score 75. On cycle II, it had increasing score on 20 students were pass with percentage 80% and 5 students was failed with percentage 20%, with average score 81. Based on the result of the research it concluded that using Playing method on education of sport body health and recreation lesson increased the skill of passing down of the eleventh grade of natural science 1 students at state senior high school 1 Kerinci Kanan.
