An assessment of the teaching needs and the teacher training for graduate teaching assistants at the University of Wyoming in the Physics and Astronomy, Chemistry, and Geology Departments

In this study, a survey was given to 151 graduate students from three science departments. The purpose was to explore the TA training the graduate students received at UW, the training they received before UW, and the different teaching situations they have experienced at UW, and what should be included in future TA training programs
