Neonatal asphyxia is one of the causes of infant mortality, one of which is caused by vacuum extraction.The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in Bengkulu dr.M.Yunus Hospital in 2013 was 17.06%. This studyaims to determine the relationship of vacuum extraction with neonatal asphyxia in newborns in dr. M.Yunus Bengkulu in 2013. This type of research is analytic survey with case control design. The populationis all newborns in 2013 at the Hospital Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2257 amounted baby.
