This paper argues that the recent researches on institutional entreprenuurship in the field of new organizational institutionalism challenges one of the central themes of management theories. Theories of management are legitimized and institutionalized in our society since they have focused on the relationship between the firms as institutions and their innovations against their embeddedness in the exsisting institutional fields.
