Canton high school graduation

Canton high school received state accreditation for the first time in December of 1919 and became a part of the new Pisgah High School in 1966 when voters passed the Better Schools Plan, a bond which consolidated seven public high schools, none of which met state accreditation standards, into two new high schools, Pisgah and Tuscola.
