Sir Gladwyn Jebb visits Reuben B. Robertson

In February of 1951 Sir Gladwyn Jebb, Great Britain’s permanent representative to the United Nations, flew from New York to Asheville on Champion’s 10-passenger Lockheed Ventura plane to be a weekend guest of Reuben B. Robertson, board chairman of The Champion Paper and Fibre Company. In this photograph Reuben B. Robertson (right) is talking with Major Ormerod and Arthur Jones (left) talks with Sir Gladwyn.
