In this communication, the possibility of enhancing the performances of Convex conformal Reflectarray Antennas (CRA) adopting an ad-hoc feed system properly designed is investigated. In particular, a feed horn with proper illumination of the here considered CRA has been designed, exploiting particular tecniques. The results show an increase of the efficiency (from 28% to about 46%), with respect to the case in which the same reflector is illuminated by a rectangular horn [4]. Further enhancement of SLL and bandwidth have also been obtained
