In this paper the computational of the Generalized Scattering Matrix of transversal discontinuities in rectangular waveguides is presented. Rectangular to rectangular waveguide junction with rotated and translated x and y axis are analyzed. A Mode Matching technique is adopted for the analysis of the scattering problem. As a design example, a square waveguide circular polarizer for WR28 input waveguide has been realized
