The group theory of geometrically uniform trellis-coded modulation is applied to the case of multidimensional PSI; signal constellations. A general algorithm to find geometrically uniform partitions of signal constellations is applied to multidimensional MPSh’ signal constellations. Ezamples of application to the case of trellis-codes modulation schemes employing a 3 x BPSfi’ signal constellation are presented
