Fútbol: el portero dentro de una realidad sistémica: una revisión

The training for goalkeepers in today’s soccer is of vital importance for collective performance in the competition. In this context, this article aims to develop a review of the new training methodologies and the way in which they learn in this sports-training process. A review was made of documents published in English and Spanish in journals indexed from 2000 until today’s date, considering the most recent articles in the first place and some books with a focus on the training of new soccer preparation methodologies, training of goalkeepers and motor learning.  The main research revealed the importance of integration and response in the tournament performance, without obeying linear dynamics due to the multiplicity of hierarchical scales, non-conscious thinking carried out by the principle of self-organization (Balagué, Torrents, Pol and Seiru-lo, 2014), contributing the demanding solutions of the game. The disconnection produced by the explicit learning of that done premeditatedly, as well as its implicit learning (Machado et al., 2008) explains many of the failures made in the sports processes, In needing of interrelation between the conscious-unconscious memory (Mora, 2013; Izaguirre, 2017) and the cohabitation with the characteristics of the position, highlighting the qualities of speed, agility and explosiveness force to quickly change direction (Knoop, Fernández-Fernández and Ferrauti, 2013), the needs of the game model, of the own goalkeeper (Erkmen, 2009), in order to strengthen his training process (Cervera and Coba, 2012).El entrenamiento de porteros en el fútbol actual es de vital importancia para el rendimiento colectivo en la competencia. En este contexto, el presente artículo tiene como objetivo elaborar una revisión de las nuevas metodologías de entrenamiento y la manera en cómo aprende en este proceso deportivo-formativo. Para ello se hizo una revisión de trabajos publicados en inglés y español en revistas indexadas desde el año 2000 hasta la fecha, considerando los artículos más recientes en primer lugar y algunos libros con un enfoque en el entrenamiento de las nuevas metodologías de preparación futbolística, entrenamiento de porteros y aprendizaje motor. Los principales hallazgos encontrados revelan la importancia de la integración y respuesta en la competencia, no obedeciendo a dinámicas lineales por la multiplicidad de escalas jerárquicas, pensamiento no consciente llevado a cabo por el principio de autoorganización (Balagué, Torrents, Pol y Seiru-lo, 2014), aportando las soluciones demandantes del juego. La desconexión producida por el aprendizaje explícito de aquello realizado premeditadamente, así como de su aprendizaje implícito (Machado et al., 2008) explica muchos de los fallos realizados en los procesos deportivos, necesitándose de una interrelación entre la memoria consciente-inconsciente (Mora, 2013; Izaguirre, 2017)  y la cohabitación con las características de la posición, destacando las cualidades de velocidad, agilidad y fuerza explosiva para cambiar rápidamente de dirección (Knoop, Fernández-Fernández y Ferrauti, 2013), las necesidades del modelo de juego, del propio portero (Erkmen, 2009), en pro de fortalecer su proceso formativo (Cervera y Coba, 2012)
