Written composition, from the individual perspective, is composed of a large number of cognitive factors. From this point of view, some studies have proposed processing models for writing (Hayes and Flower, 1986; Bereiter and Scardamalia, 1987), others have described individual differences implicit in this task, usually oriented to explain the behavior of experts versus novices.
