This article reviews the role and strategy of Marketing Funding in increasing the number of customers in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panakkukang, Makassar City. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection with interview, observation, documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the role of marketing funding in Bank Syariah Mandiri Panakukkang KCP Makassar City is considered as an important part of the company because the function of marketing funding or funding officer is as a party directly involved with customers who will save their funds in the bank.
