The purpose of this research is to examine the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the influence of job motivation and job satisfaction toward paramedical performanceof Community Health Centers in Bandarlampungcity. The inferential verification method was used by researchers to test the hypothesis. To prove the hypothesis, this study used data collected by questionnaire and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.80.
