This research provides the relationship between different types of diversity and Organizational Performance. Different variables were chosen after reading the literature review. The aim of conducting this research was to determine the relationship between Diversity and Organizational Performance. Data was collected through primary source i.e. with the help of questionnaires. They were administered online and employees who filled them were at managerial positions and above. SPSS was exploited to test the hypotheses. Results shows both impact on Organizational Performance.
