The study evaluated employee perception on remuneration scheme on staff turnover in Kenyan Private Universities with the Kenya Methodist University as the case study. The objective of the study was to evaluate remuneration scheme in relation to staff turnover in Kenyan Private Universities and to ultimately come up with appropriate recommendations that would facilitate the reduction of staff turnover in private universities. It is hoped university administration, government and other human resource policy makers and employees will greatly benefit from the findings.
