Information and communication technology has brought great innovations in the teaching and learning process. Literature revealed that technology offers new and effective ways for instructional delivery in many school subjects but with little empirical evidence on English language teaching. A literature gap exists, therefore the need to examine the effectiveness of information and communication technological resources and the teaching and learning of English Language in secondary schools.
