The purpose of this study is to find the impact of Pakistani culture in the novels Three Blind Men by Safdar Butt and Ice Candy Men by Bepsy Sidhwa. Culture and language are deeply rooted in each other and bring about certain changes in their process of evolution and change. This study investigates the speech acts and words which are typically used in Pakistani context and they depict Pakistani culture. The study highlights the cultural background and significance of using those words. The study of the selected novel shows that Language and culture are intertwined to such an extent that one cannot survive without the other.
