The aims of study were concerned on to investigate the relationship between organizational justice, burnout and intention to leave of nurses of Minia Hospital. A convenience sample of (46) staff nurses were recruited in the study. Descriptive correlational research design was used in this study. This research was carried out at Minia Hospital for psychological health and addiction. Four tools were used in this study (i) the Personnel characteristics data questionnaire (ii) Burnout scale (iii) Intention to leave (v) Organizational justice.
