Diabetes mellitus is becoming one of the major health problems in the developing countries. As the International Diabetes Federation suggests that the number of adults living with diabetes worldwide was increasing from time to time. The aim of the study was to know the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in patients attended Robe hospital; a three year’s retrospective record review (2015- September 2017) of medical OPD logbook was conducted. The data was analyzed by using SPSS version 19.
