The Consumption of fruits has been effective in the prevention of chronic diseases and exert a protective effect against the development of human diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer the likes. The health benefits of these fruits have been recognized relatively due to the compounds that found in the fruits having antioxidant capacity and these compounds have an ability to overcome oxidative stress by neutralizing the overproduction of oxidant species.
