This paper focus on the response of the transformer ratio (R) and energy gain by the wakefield to change or variation in beam/plasma parameters in a plasma wakefield acceleration scheme driven by positron beam in a metre – scale plasma simulated in two dimension, using the plasma form whose particles are variably weighted to represent density ramp.
