The present study has the purpose to inspect the relationship and impact of emotional intelligence and political skills on turnover intention. For the purpose of study, a sample of 171 employees have taken from the four different public sector universities (Bahauddin Zakariya University, University of Education, Air University and National university of Modern Languages) of Multan city, Pakistan. The data was collected through an adopted survey questionnaires and was recorded in SPSS 22 for the purpose of analysis.
