In this paper, the development of resilience to terror attacks and there consequences has been presented in terms of use of public-private partnerships in all phases of the incident lifecycle and management protocol following a terror attack. It is clear that the best and most effective strategy for all countries is the recognition and understanding of the changing aspects of new age terrorism. The most important aspects are carrying risk assessment and implementing preventive strategies at national and international level with the help of public-private partnerships or collaboration.
