The purpose of this research was to study both direct and indirect impact of job satisfaction as a correlate of organizational commitment of library personnel in academic libraries in Ogun State. This study made use of a descriptive research design of survey type. A total enumeration sampling technique was used for the selected sample. The research sample consisted of 34 library personnel. The instrument used for the study was a structured questionnaire divided into three parts. Statistics for data analysis were frequencies, percentages and regression statistics analysis.
