Recently certified librarians are revolutionizing the library profession by collaborating with peers and colleagues from all ages to make things happen. This paper investigates certified librarians perception on collection development policy of e-resources in Nigeria libraries. The design of the study is cross sectional survey and the population consists of 364, 1st Conference of Certified Librarians by Librarians’ Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN) held in 2014.The instrument used to generate data is the questionnaire and the data generated was analyzed using frequency, bar charts, tables, percentages and mean.
