The objective of this paper is to identify the parameters regarding the fuel consumption optimization in air transport industry. Today due to high oil prices, energy crises, boomed competition, and traffic growth, fuel consumption is becoming a critical aspect in aviation industry. Therefore in such a highly competitive environment optimization of fuel consumption is essential in the airline industry for the survival of an airline.
