Methods for allocating portions of an available radio frequency spectrum to wireless access points and systems for carrying out such methods are disclosed herein. An example method can include receiving location and transmission information for a plurality of wireless access points associated with respective networks. A coexistence graph for the plurality of wireless access points is generated based on the received information. The coexistence graph is divided into coexistence areas.
