Mobile data plans include a limit on data usage per billing cycle. Mobile service providers also restrict bandwidth per connection. Once data usage reaches the limit, the service provider takes actions such as disabling further data access, restricting speed of the connection, levying a higher billing rate, etc. Users of mobile data connections therefore face problems of respectively of affordability or convenience.
