This paper dwelled on the Effects of climatic changes in Africa, in relation to factors such as population growth, unequal access to resources, food insecurity, poor health systems and poverty. These conditions will increase the vulnerabilities of many people in Africa. Further, Africa’s low capacity in science, technology and innovation will further deepen the vulnerability and effects of climate change on water resources.
