Urgency of Regulation of Marriage Registration in Indonesia

Besides setting required registration of marriages in the context of the protection of human rights and justice. In the context of human rights protection, because the social contract with the people hand over their rights to the state, but in order to protect that individual rights are not violated by other individuals.
