Due to the increasing number of refugees, the increase in their suffering, the importance which they represents, and their need for an assistance and ensuring their rights stipulated by the agreements and international treaties in international law to secure the protection and shelter for them; the current research came to detect the reasons that force the refugees to asylum, as well as to display the rights and duties stipulated by the agreements and international conventions.
