This research is to analyze the effect of organizational support, organizational culture, work stress and work motivation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment with the variable moderate leadership on employees of private banks in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The results of the study explain that organizational support and work motivation have a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction and job stress negatively affects job satisfaction.
