This study aimed at identifying the extent participation of employees in decision-making and its impact on empowerment among employees at private & government community colleges in Jordan, to achieve the goals of this study, questionnaire was designed and developed as an instrument to collect data.. The population was (418) employees; (192) from the government Community Colleges and (226) from private Community Colleges. The statistical package of social sciences (SPSS. V.16) was used to analyze the data. The study has reached upon the following Conclusions:- The perceptions of employees in the public and private colleges to the level of participation in decision-making was highly, but in favor of private Community Colleges. ...
