This study reviewed the nature of peace in Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria using Ebonyi State University as a case study. The purpose of the study was to review the various factors responsible for lack of peace. The sample was drawn from the three hundred level students of the Faculty of Education. Thirty students were selected from each of the seven departments making a total of 210 students – l05 males and 105 females. A researcher made instrument named factors responsible for lack of peace in Tertiary Institutions (FRLPTI) was used as the instrument for data collection.
