The aim of this study is to find out the Impact of Rewards on Teachers’ performance of Secondary Schools in Islamabad. Objectives of this study were to identify different types of rewards used in schools and to find out the effect of rewards on the performance of teachers of secondary schools in Islamabad. This study will provide base for later research to explore those factors that would affect teacher’s performance.
