This paper intends to (1) investigate the extent of the usage of practicum facilities across different level of the curriculum, (2) to establish the fundamental purpose of the practicum travel agency and investigate the extent to which it remains as the core of tourism education, and (3) to assure and conclude that practicum travel agency is an essential part of quality management and enhancement process of tourism education.
