This study investigated the significance of accounting information on equity share investment in companies listed on Nigerian Stock Exchange. The accounting information variable used to establish the significance of accounting information on equity share investment was net book value per share. The study investigated the influence of net book value per share on equity share investment decision makings in companies listed on Nigeria Stock Exchange. This study used primary data. Data for the study were collected from a sample of 204 respondents from 68 stock brokerage firms in Nigeria.
