Producers of the agricultural sectors are the key instrument for the economic development of Bangladesh. A subsequent number of total agro productions of this country come from individual rural producers. However this contribution can be accelerated if those individual producers can effectively participate in the value chain of agro market. So the milestone of being successful participant in this process is the formation of group producing. This study has been conducted on Bangladesh perspective for analyzing the problems of individual producers and their success rate after forming producer group.
