This study is focused on Turnover intention. Turnover intention has been acknowledged as the best predictor of actual turnover. Actual Turnover is expected to increase as the intention increases. Health workers turnover is an increasing problem that threatens the functioning of the health care sector worldwide, especially in developing countries like Ethiopia.
