High Speed Railway Indonesia China (Kereta Cepat Indonesia China/KCIC) is one of the promising solutions to overcome congestion of Jakarta - Bandung. Based on economic view, Jakarta Bandung corridor has a great potential in the development of industry, trade, and tourism. Development of Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway project used business to business scheme that means it does not use government-guaranteed loan or state budget. This study aimed to analyze the internal and external factors. The analysis will be forwarded to formulate an alternative and architecture strategies.
