Purpose This paper focuses on the employee satisfaction in telecommunication industry of Bangladesh. In addition, the significant of this study is to locate the reasons of employee satisfactions which have become strikingly consistent important issue to HRD scholars and practitioners in this country. Methodology A own prepared questionnaire, based on literature review, after a pilot survey, with the Likert-type scale was used for collecting data in this study.
