Most conflict in Nigerian Breweries Plc Iganmu Lagos plant, arises from the company not fulfilling its collective agreement with its employees and usually persist due to the approach in managing the conflict, resulting in employees embarking on industrial action which usually leads to employees low morale, decrease in productivity, absenteeism, increase in defective products due to lowered employees commitment to work.
