This study aimed to identify the impact of the applying the knowledge management strategies to accomplish productive efficiency and market share in the Jordanian telecommunications companies, and included a study population of all employees and with the functional title (Director, Assistant Director, Head of Department, Head of Unit) in Jordanian telecommunications companies amount (170) Director.
