This study examines the effect of human resource management on the productivity of the organization and how different HR variables help an organization to achieve its objectives in efficient and effective way. Here, the focus is on seven basic variables of human resource management which include incentive pay, recruitment and selection, work teams, job security, flexible job assignment, skills training and communication.
