This study is an enquiry to find out relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance of higher educational institutions (HEIs) of Pakistan with mediating role of individual readiness for change. The bottom line of the research is to determine the significance of organizational culture and individual readiness for change in academic leaders that leads to heightened performance of educational institutions. Further addition to the study is comparison of different dimensions of organizational culture with organizational performance with mediating role of individual readiness for change.
