The present study aimed at exploring the linkages between Allen and Meyer’s (1991) three component model of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior as defined by Organ (1988), using a field survey on a randomly selected sample of 77 employees working in National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd., a public sector organization in India.
