The Act prohibits anyone from furnishing obscene materials through electronic means which would be harmful to minors. The Act provides that such obscene materials may include information stored in a computer, on a bulletin board, on floppy disks and other magnetic storage devices, or CD-ROM. A person convicted of violating the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature
