This file describes pathogen sampling data for each pathogen in wild pig populations in the USA in each year when sampling occurred. Data are further summarized by age class and sex of individuals sampled. Pathogens sampled include porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRS), pseudorabies virus (PRV), influenza A virus in swine (IAVS), hepatitis E virus (HEV), and Brucella spp. (SB). "num_positive" represents the number of individuals testing positive for that pathogen. "num_tested" is the total number of individuals that were tested for the pathogen in that year in that sex and age class
