SCFM project - Phenotypes of all evolved isolates

This file contains means of 10 phenotypic traits, measured on 12 isolates from each of 12 populations from each of 4 treatments for a total of 576 isolates. Traits measured: growth (od600), pyoverdine production (a405_pyoverdine), pyocyanin production (a695_pyocyanin), resistance to ciprofloxacin (mic_cip_48h), biofilm formation (biofilm), swim motility (swim_mot), twitch motility (twitch_mot), resistance to ceftazidime (mic_cef_48h), resistance to colistin (mic_col_48h), and resistance to tobramycin (mic_tob_48h).
